SIMOPT 2.3 is now available

The new version offers:

  • Java based interfaces offering a better overview on ship and manoeuvre data using tabs and tables
  • Extensive functionality to simulate manoeuvres based on real ship trial measurements
  • Revised "Ship Shape Viewer" to display all relevant measure and sensor data in a clearly arranged window
  • Enhanced layout for hull coefficient display
  • Incorporates functionalities comparable to the ANS6000 of RME
  • Remarkably faster simulation core compared to SIMOPT 2.2
  • Optimization Tuner for simultaneously tuning of multiple manoeuvres (optional available)

The latest update always incorporates all previous updates - so just the last one is necessary to install.
